Full Stack Product Engineer

We’re hiring a Full Stack Product Engineer at Byteful, a fast-growing, bootstrapped proxy infrastructure company. Our residential proxy network powers web scraping, automation and agentic AI companies worldwide. We support thousands of customers across 195+ countries and process 25+ billion proxy requests every month, with 252% year-on-year growth in platform sign-ups. We’ve grown to seven figures in ARR without a sales team. Now we want to go much faster. You will own the products our customers touch every day: the website and dashboard, mobile and desktop apps, and our growing proxy tool ecosystem. You’ll work closely with our designers to turn wireframes into polished, fast interfaces, and shape the tools, frameworks and architecture we build them with. This is a small, high-energy in-person team that moves quickly. Nobody will chase you for progress, and nobody will hand you a finished spec. Responsibilities

1. Turn wireframes and mockups from our designers into functional, polished user experiences
2. Build beautiful, intuitive UX and UI experiences that customers love to use
3. Improve the performance and UX of our website and dashboard, and ship new features that enhance the customer experience
4. Build and ship cross-platform mobile and desktop apps, from iOS to Windows
5. Expand our proxy tool ecosystem, including browser extensions, fingerprint testing and automation tools
6. Own the products you build from planning to production, and deliver features customers rely on
7. Lead on interface design alongside the team, turning complex workflows into clear, intuitive screens
8. Drive technical decisions on the tools, frameworks and architecture that keep our products fast and easy to extend
9. Build product across both backend and frontend, connecting frontend interfaces to robust backend systems

Requirements, must have

• Experience with Next.js, React and UIkit, and comfort navigating and contributing to large codebases
• An eye for design and detail, from layout to micro-interactions
• Hands-on experience building against APIs and connecting frontend to backend
• Figma fluency: you can take a design file and build it pixel for pixel
• Experience with JavaScript, Tailwind CSS and ShadCN components
• Experience with Python and PostgreSQL for fullstack development
• Something you’ve built before: a side project, an app, a browser extension or a tool you couldn’t find so you made it yourself

Working arrangement

• Full time, in person at our Manchester office
• Reporting directly to our founding engineers
• Room to grow. You’ll own the products you build from planning to production, and shape the tools and frameworks we use as the team grows
