Compensation will be based on experience and role. We anticipate relocating our in-person operations to **London, UK** in **late 2026 / early 2027**. Applicants applying for **Manchester-based in-person roles** should be open to the possibility of relocation. ## What you'll do: * **Create content that people actually want to consume**—from engaging YouTube tutorials to deep-dive technical blog posts that turn readers into fans. * **Build brand visibility** by scaling partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations with top content creators. * **Turn community engagement into rocket fuel** by organizing and running hackathons, meetups, and other community-driven events that bring people together. * **Automate, hack, and build internal tools** to uncover powerful analytical insights and drive data-backed decision-making at scale. * **Run rapid, scrappy, and experimental growth tests** across multiple channels—iterate fast, double down on what works, and kill what doesn’t. * **Be Manchester-based (or ready to move! )**—this role thrives in an in-person, high-energy team environment. ## What you are responsible for: * **Working side-by-side with the founder** to define and execute our growth strategy—you’re not just taking orders; you’re helping to shape the vision. * **Scaling new growth channels (both organic & paid)**—SEO, ads , social, partnerships... the list is endless. * **Owning and optimizing digital marketing efforts**—from email campaigns to ad funnels, you’ll turn ideas into high-impact campaigns. ## To crush it in this role, you'll need: * **Experience with Python and Excel** with a willingness to learn and improve your skills. * **A numbers-driven mindset** - you measure everything, iterate fast and have a love for optimizing metrics * **Agility and adaptability** - when the landscape shifts, you move fast, pivot smartly and keep pushing forward. ## You'll be a great fit if you: * **Thrive in an in-person, high-energy environment**— we love bouncing ideas in real life. * **Are a creative builder**—whether it’s tools, content, or strategies, you turn ideas into reality. * **Own your work like a founder**—no one needs to chase you down; you take full responsibility and run with it. * **Love working in a fast-paced team**—startups move fast, and you’re here for the ride. * **Are obsessed with learning**—you dive deep into new topics, master them quickly, and apply what you learn. * **Have built something cool before**—ran a side hustle, grown a social media page, organized events?
